Construction Contracts Regulations 2003

The Construction Contracts Regulations 2003 were made under section 82 of the Construction Contracts Act 2002, and came into force on 1 April 2003.

The Regulations set out the forms that are required among other things for the information that must:

  • accompany payment claims (Form 1); and
  • be set out in a notice of adjudication (Form 2).
The Regulations also provide for additional modes of service under reg 9.
