Polly Pope (LLB(Hons), MIR) is a commercial disputes partner in the Auckland office of Russell McVeagh.
She has a particular interest in construction, insolvency and financial disputes.
Polly is an Associate of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand, a member of the Society for Construction Law and a member of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association of New Zealand. She is a member of the faculty of the New Zealand Law Society’s Litigation Skills Course and a Council Member of the Legal Research Foundation.
