Under the ECA45 Arbitration Rules, BDT offers a fixed fee arbitration process for monetary claims under $50,000 which are of limited complexity. To qualify, your case must be limited to no more than three issues in dispute and meet BDT's terms and conditions for the fixed fee arbitration scheme, including the agreement by the parties to arbitrate under BDT's ECA45 Arbitration Rules.
Under the Fixed Fee Scheme the volume of submissions and evidence is limited. Please refer to our Fixed Fees Scheme for further information: Fixed Fee Low Value Scheme.
Parties must agree to arbitrate. If you do not already have an agreement to arbitrate whether as a standalone agreement or as a clause in your contract, you can complete one of the BDT Arbitration Agreement to get the process started.
