Under the ECA45 Arbitration Rules, BDT offers a fixed fee arbitration process for monetary claims under $50,000 which are of limited complexity. To qualify, your case must be limited to no more than three issues in dispute and meet BDT’s terms and conditions for the fixed fee arbitration scheme, including the agreement by the parties to arbitrate under the Building Dispute Tribunal's ECA45 Arbitration Rules.
