CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2003
The Construction Contracts Regulations 2003 were made pursuant to section 82 of the Construction Contracts Act 2002, and came into force on 1 April 2003.
The Regulations set out the forms that are required for, inter alia:
- information that must accompany payment claims (Form 1); and
- information that must be set out in a notice of adjudication (Form 2).
Importantly, the Regulations also provide for additional modes of service under reg 9.
